The Service is a free, browser-based writing analysis tool. The analysis is performed locally on your device; no account is required and no fee is charged. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Your content

Text you analyze remains on your device and remains entirely yours. We claim no rights to it and — by design — never receive it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Service, not to misrepresent its output as a guarantee of quality or compliance, and not to reproduce the site or its code for a competing service without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, texts, and software are protected by copyright and remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution is welcome.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. The detection is rule-based and may miss constructions or flag correct ones; results are an editorial aid, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or liability under mandatory statutory provisions.

7. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
